Furthermore, Excel Airways and the other airlines we use are all familiar with the needs of the disabled traveller, and we have worked with them to put into place communication processes to inform of your requirements and preferences in advance.
So, prior to your departure, we will ask you to provide the necessary information that we relay to them so they're ready to care for you, at the airport and during your flight.
