3-Bedroom Accessible Florida Villa (FL1)

Residing in a small and peaceful gated community, this superb villa is close to theme parks.

Right on High Grove's doorstep you'll find a handy Wal Mart or Publix supermarket, shopping, restaurants and fast food outlets galore.

The villa offers a comfortable seating area, comprising two large luxurious sofas allowing the whole family to sit down together, with a large TV with basic cable provided through Spectrum.

The new Smart TV will also allow you to stream your own shows via its interactive features.

A fully fitted kitchen with new appliances and comes complete with breakfast bar.

Modern conveniences include a washing machine, clothes tumble dryer, new microwave, full cooker, new fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron and ironing board etc.

Situated between the Kitchen and Living Area, you will find our dining area, with a table for 6 people along with a couple more seats at our breakfast bar.

3 bedrooms, sleeps 6-8, 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suites.

The master bedroom, situated at the rear of the property has an ensuite which includes a wet room (roll-in shower) with grab/hand-rails, this includes a rainfall showerhead, plus a handheld adjustable showerhead. This ensuite also comprises a wheelchair accessible sink, along with a pull-down hand-rail beside the toilet.

A shower chair is available for guests upon request.

The second bedroom has a double bed and is situated at the front of the home,

The third bedroom has two single beds and can be found towards the side of the home,

The villa sleeps either 6 people in the three bedrooms or 8 if using the sofa bed in the living area.

Within the second bathroom there is also a pull down hand-rail beside the toilet, a single sink and a bath which includes a shower, which also has a hand rail. This bathroom serves both the twin and double bedroom.

The garage has been converted in to a Games Room and features a pool table and air hockey, this area is also used to store some of our accessibility equipment.

Pool - removable wheelchair ramps are available for use at the front door and the door to the pool area. property has been specifically modified to include a battery powered chairlift in to the pool and also an accessible handrail to support enty in to the water.

Near the swimming pool, there is another table with 4 chairs and 4 loungers so you can soak up the beautiful sunshine on our south facing deck.
