Free time to wander round the old town of Gaillac
Settle in to your charming guest house where you will enjoy dinner prepared by your host.
Tour followed by wine tasting at the Domaine Mas Pignou, a member of label Vignobles & Découvertes.
Explanation and interpretation of the surrounding countryside which is on the «Iter Vitis, les chemins de la vigne» the European Cultural Route.
Lunch in a restaurant in Gaillac
Free time to visit the surrounding medieval villages of Puycelsi or Castelnau de Montmiral. The latter is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France.
Visit to the Labastide de Levis winery, a member of label Vignobles & Découvertes, including a son et lumière show illustrating the history of the vine and wine-making, a guided visit and tasting.
