The resort is located in the heart of El Gouna, a unique tourist development with a picturesque downtown with shops, restaurants, bars, disco and casino.

The resort offers accessible rooms designed for reduced mobility, including adapted bathrooms with wheel-in showers and step-free entry. Public areas such as restaurants, reception, and pools are generally reachable via ramps or level walkways, and lifts are provided where required. Its lagoon-style layout includes paved paths that allow relatively easy wheelchair navigation.

This extremely spacious resort spans over 250,000 square metres and offers a tranquil beautiful location. Due to the vastness of the resort it may be difficult for some to enjoy the whole area without the aid of an electric wheelchair/scooter.
