New Brochure - OUT NOW!09 January 2017
Enable Holidays, the leading tour operator for holidaymakers with limited mobility, has launched its biggest-ever accessible holidays brochure!
This follows a hugely successful year for the West Midlands-based specialist, which saw an expansion of its range of hotels, destinations and resorts - and a record number of holiday bookings.
The company is constantly campaigning to improve conditions for travellers with impaired mobility; and its expertise was recognised in the Germany Tourism and Silver Travel Awards for 2016, where it was voted the best provider of accessible travel.
Lynne Kirby, managing director of Enable Holidays, believes the company’s success is down to the wide choice of accessible holidays it offers, the high standards of service it provides, and sheer hard work: “We’ve built the business on understanding the needs of travellers who are looking for an easier way to get around, and this means carrying out lots of pre-planning work to ensure our customers can enjoy a happy and barrier-free holiday in their preferred destination.
‘’I’m lucky to have such an outstanding team of people behind me. Their understanding of the needs of holidaymakers with limited mobility and a dedication to delivering promises to our customers has earned us a fine reputation. And that has obviously contributed to us becoming the travel company of choice for so many disabled tourists.’’
At long last, the travel industry is beginning to take the needs of disabled holidaymakers seriously. It’s a market that cannot be ignored, but it does require high levels of expertise.
And this is where the expertise of Enable Holidays really comes in, taking the hard work out of making essential arrangements to meet individual customer requirements. These include guaranteeing adapted rooms, liaising with airports, providing adapted transfers and in-resort assistance.
Looking ahead to 2017, Enable will be offering new accessible holidays and adapted tours in South Africa, Antigua, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Argentina, and Peru; as well as the ever-popular beach destinations and city breaks that continue to be hot sellers.
