"We had a lovely time, we absolutely loved Crete. The special assistance at both airports very good especially considering Easy Jet doesn't use the stands access which means a long troop out to the Tarmac. Beverley was super as was Costa, in fact, the very best day we had in Crete was the day that Costa took us all over the area we were staying in. He was fantastic, showed us so much of what we wanted to see and looked after my husband giving me the opportunity to do a bit of exploring on my own i.e around a monastery, castle and walk down a rather tricky path to see Palm beach."

"It was with some trepidation that I picked up the telephone to discuss the possibility of travelling abroad with my husband for the first time since his stroke.  Finding a holiday which would cater for his needs as well as those of our 11-year-old daughter and perhaps might even allow me some relaxation seemed a daunting task.

"Five minutes into the conversation with the friendly staff at Enable, I began to believe that maybe it would be possible.  It was wonderful to deal with someone who was so positive and to whom no problem seemed insurmountable.  Great care was taken to understand our needs and to tailer the holiday to fit those requirements.

"There were no hitches at all in the arrangements.  Assistance at the airports and on the flights was fantastic.  We were met in Madeira by a brilliant holiday representative who could not have done more to make our visit special.  Our adapted room at The Golden Residence Hotel was excellent and the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly.  My husband was able to access all parts of the hotel and was thrilled to be able to go in the pool with our daughter.  I actually felt relaxed too!

Easyjet could not have been more helpful from the drop-off at Manchester Airport to arrival at Athens- all this arranged by you. Also John and George from the hotel met us at Athens in their minibus with the mobility scooter which we had hired for the week already in the back. At the end of the week the reverse happened, also without a hitch. The hotel and its staff were kind and most efficient. "Everything we asked Enable Holidays to do for us, happened! The pre booked seats (especially the outbound flight) with leather seats, reclining and leg support,was excellent. The assistance at Birmingham and Palma airports for off-loading and return were very good, although at Birmingham on the return, they did have some staff shortages.

"The assisted transfers to/from the hotel were in good condition vehicles, with pleasant & helpful drivers - and on time.

"Thank you so much for organising our brilliant holiday at the Hotel Sol Lanzarote. The travel experience from Bristol airport to the hotel and back was superb, very smooth and no stress at all, which made a huge difference to my friend with special needs and her husband.

"The Sadiv company who transferred us to and from the airport were top class. We did two tours of the island with them too and they were just the best. Courteous, cheerful, considerate and obviously very experienced at what they do. Sara felt like the Queen in their care, and she was able to see parts of the island which would otherwise be inaccessible to her. The electric chair we ordered was waiting for us in the room at the hotel and was in perfect working order and enabled independent use of all the accessible facilities in and around the hotel and on our tours.

"Overall the accessibility in the Hotel was as described by yourselves, so well done on that. It was a great location, the food choice was excellent and they reserved a table for us with the wheelchair.
