Your holiday, quite naturally, is very important to you - and nobody appreciates that more than the team at Enable. That's why we take every care to ensure we get it right for you, and we are always pleased to hear from you after your holiday. Here's the latest letter we've received from a happy customer:
My wife and I, and our friends who accompanied us, would like to say thank you for the superb organisation of our recent holiday package to Santa Susanna which we all enjoyed. Also, we would like to say that the standard of the Hotel Montagut, was excellent in every way. The staff, both reception and restaurant waiting were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable.
Assistance at both airports was very well organised, as were the transfers from airport to resort and back, which took away our concerns about flying, as we had not done this for several years.
We were relieved, when we finally arrived in Barcelona, to find Joan waiting for us, with the promised taxi, even at that late hour, and that he had arranged a meal to be left for us at the hotel, at 1.00am! He was also very helpful when we met him again at the hotel the next morning.
