Our Enablers are more than just travel agents. They are travel professionals with an experienced and genuine understanding of disabled travellers' needs. So much so, many customers look upon them as trusted friends who only give one type of advice - the best in the interest of the customer.

BenBenCEOBen joined Enable Holidays in 2017, following a successful career with FCM Travel Solutions, where he gained vast experience across a wide and varied range of roles. Prior to taking up his position on Enable Holidays' board, Ben played a key role in successfully navigating the company through the turbulent pandemic whilst general manager. Ben is a committed campaigner for ongoing improvements for disabled travellers. He's a member of the Spain For All advisory board, participates in many accessibility and disability forums, and offers personal advice and support to customers - whether before, during, or after their accessible holiday. In fact, Ben is very much a hands-on CEO. Equally comfortable assisting customer enquiries as he is running the business on a daily basis. LynneLynneDirectorWith over 45 years in the industry, Lynne has a wealth of travel experience. Entering the travel industry in 1973 at Horizon Holidays, Lynne launched her own business 'Abroad Travel' in 1991 as one of the pioneers in the early days of advertising holidays via Teletext. This was then followed by Travelseekers Worldwide in 1996, before launching Enable Holidays in 2004 as the first specialist tour operator providing personally audited overseas holidays for people with limited mobility, their families and friends. Lynne is a well-known and highly respected member of the travel industry. And although she has travelled to countless parts of the globe throughout her time, she considers her favourite holiday a Safari in Kenya!Email Lynne
MaryMaryOperations ManagerMary has been in travel for over 40 years starting on a Youth Training Scheme with an independent travel agent, progressing from a call centre manager, running a Florida Villa company and finally joining Enable in March 2014. She’s visited many resorts including the Balearics, Canaries and Portugal but her favourite hotel is the White Rocks in Kefalonia. Mary has always had a passion for travel and loves working for Enable, helping our special customers reach a variety of destinations. She is currently working on expanding our profile of resorts and accessible hotels.Email Mary
JeremyJeremyHead of Marketing Jeremy is responsible for Enable Holidays’ marketing functions. He’s been with the company since its origins in 2004, when he engineered the creation of the new brand and launched it onto the marketplace. His duties cover all forms of marketing communications and the building of key business partnerships. Jeremy’s main priority however is to ensure that Enable Holidays retains its position as the market-leading tour operator for disabled people, their families and friends - and remains a well-loved and reliable brand. Jeremy has many favourite holiday destinations in this country and abroad. But when put on the spot, he's chosen Marco Island, off Florida's Gulf Coast.Email Jeremy
AnnieAnnieTravel ConsultantAnnie has over 30 years’ experience in travel from working in travel agencies, call centres and head office operations department at Midlands Co-op Travel. She’s travelled to most of the Mediterranean, Florida and New York! She couldn’t decide on one favourite destination but dreams of retiring to Lanzarote. She loves Florida as it brings out the child in everyone. And what she enjoys most about her job is organising holidays for families who haven’t been able to get away together in the past and then hearing of what a fantastic time they had.Email Annie
WarrenWarrenTravel ConsultantWarren has wide experience in tailor making holidays for people from all walks of life and has been in travel for over 30 years having begun his career in the package holiday market. He’s travelled extensively around the world, living in Australia, travelling around USA and spending time in Egypt. His favourite destination is San Francisco which has something for everyone with extensive accessible public transport systems! He enjoys speaking to different types of customers with varied requirements - hearing of their holiday dreams and helping them to piece it all together. As a keen traveller, Jonathan has lots of favourite holiday destinations. He is especially a big fan of Greece, Mexico, Florida and the Caribbean. JayneJayneTravel ConsultantJayne joined Enable Holidays in 2024 as an experienced travel consultant with a strong desire to help disabled people enjoy holidays abroad. She found her perfect place in Enable Holidays - the accessible travel specialists. In spring 2025, Jayne was thrilled to take part in her first auditing trip to the Cypriot resort of Paphos - a hands-on experience that deepened her appreciation of the meticulous standards Enable sets to ensure true accessibility. Jayne's favourite escape? The beautiful island of Rhodes. She's especially fond of Rhodes town where the charm of traditional Greece meets the elegance of the modern day.Email Jayne
SamSamAfter-Sales Sam has been a member of the Enable team for over two years, and she still gets a buzz from managing travel documents. This may sound really nerdy, but she simply loves knowing that their receipt brings such joy to customers as they eagerly anticipate their holiday. She also gets a great deal of satisfaction from a glowing review for a job well done or solving a problem and making someone's day. Sam's favourite holiday destination is Cala Millor in Mallorca. The beautiful beaches, abundance of local amenities, friendly locals and a short flight home is just perfect for Sam and her family.Email Sam
HannahHannahAfter-Sales & Admin SupportHannah joined Enable Holidays in 2024 and quickly became an integral part of the after-sales team. She thrives on making sure every detail is just right, whether it's booking airport hotels, securing parking, or arranging those important lounge passes to start a trip in style. Hannah looks after customer requests and queries, making sure everything's in place before they travel. She's great at providing solutions and sorting things ahead of time, so customers can relax knowing it's all taken care of. One of her favourite parts of the job is seeing customer feedback roll in via Feefo, where we are currently rated 5-star exceptional. Hannah's most memorable holiday to date was a Mediterranean cruise that visited numerous ports of call, giving her a taste of new cultures, sightseeing opportunities and glorious beaches.Email Hannah
AnmolAnmolAfter-Sales Anmol became part of the after-sales team at Enable Holidays in 2024. She is driven by a simple goal: to make every customer’s holiday as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. From organising travel documents and issuing tickets to handling special requests, Anmol takes care of the details that make a big difference. When plans change unexpectedly, she is quick to step in—solving problems on the spot, reissuing documents, and arranging support where it’s needed most. India and Canada top her list of favourite destinations. India is close to her heart, offering family time and unforgettable experiences like visiting the Golden Temple in Punjab.
